No Premiums. If you decide to upgrade items like fixtures or appliances, you don't pay a premium to the builder; you pay the additional amount directly to the vendor.

Savings. Because of John's many years of experience in the materials business he knows how to negotiate great prices on things like plumbing and tile. Most builders would pocket these savings. We pass them on to you.
