The Stones
Tom Stone is a value-conscious Realtor, his wife Susan has a great eye for design. The challenge was in finding the right balance between the two. John was able to help them find ways to save in some areas, so that they could splurge in others. The result was an exceptional home that met their budget number, without compromising on quality or design.
The Wagoners
The Wagoners had found a home site that had some tough restrictions, and was a very tight fit for the home they wanted to build. In addition, they had been badly treated by a previous builder, and were rather skeptical as a result. By listening carefully to what they wanted, and then working closely with the architect, John was able to restore the Wagoner's faith in homebuilders. More importantly, John was able to guide them in developing a design that fit both their lot, and their lifestyle.
The Townsends
The Townsends were living in Florida when they decided to build their John Siemering Home here in Austin. The distance was a challenge that John made appear easy by ensuring that each time they were in town, everything was prepared and ready to maximize their time. This meant John and his team had to be very organized, addressing everything from the previous visit, and anticipating all that would have to be resolved before the next visit. John and his talented team turned what is normally a very stressful process into an enjoyable one for the Townsends.
The Mollos
The Mollos were initially skeptical of John Siemering Homes' Price Clarity. So they selected another builder, but as they got started with the building process they ran into integrity issues with that builder. They came back to John Siemering. John worked to overcome their concerns, and in the end won their business and their friendship.
The Calaways
The Calaways have bought two homes from John Siemering. After living in the first, Sara decided that the only builder she would be comfortable buying from was John Siemering because of his exceptional quality, and the way in which he stands behind his product.
The Khollmans
The Kohlmans came to us with a design that was not conducive to their lot, but they loved it. The due west exposure meant that the sun would be glaring for half the day on the back of the house, making it difficult to enjoy the great view from the back yard. John looked over the plans, made a couple of quick calculations and determined that by dropping the back patio by 2-3 feet, the sun would be blocked, and the view preserved.
The O'Rourkes
The O'Rourkes bought a Siemering market home. They had a personal contact who was handling the loan. The financing process dragged on and on for them, and as we got down to the wire for closing, the loan was still not done. John told them about his friend Ed Solter at Presidential Mortgage. The O'Rourkes talked to Ed for a few minutes and Ed said, "You're approved."
The Turners
Joe is a great trial lawyer who is value driven. He decided it would be cost-effective to be his own general contractor. They resolved to build the home themselves with the help of friends and family. Joe offered to pay John for the work he had done so far, but they had become good friends and John said not to worry about it. After a number of false starts, Joe finally called John and said, "Just come build this house!"
The O'Daniels
The O'Daniels had found a home site they liked, but there were a couple of problems. First of all, it was owned by another builder, and second, it was a difficult lot to build on. After a lot of work and negotiation, we were able to acquire the lot from the builder, and we were able to get a great home to fit in there.
